Cloud Infrastructure

Infrastructure your team stops worrying about

We move and run workloads on AWS, Google Cloud and DigitalOcean with tested backups, staged DNS cutovers and a human watching alerts when your team is not on call.

At a glance

Hosting decisions that are made once, then lived with for years

Cloud hosting is not a shopping decision. Server size, region choice, backup frequency and network placement each decide what happens during a traffic spike or a failed disk. We start by auditing what you run today, map it onto infrastructure suited to Oman and GCC user locations, and document every change before a single file moves.

Every migration runs on a staging copy first. We rebuild the environment, exercise the application against real data, and cut the DNS over inside a booked window with a rollback plan agreed in advance. After go-live we stay on the monitoring side, tracking uptime graphs, error rates and disk growth instead of waiting for you to report a problem.

Every engagement includes documentation, handover and a named contact.

What we deliver

What we run and maintain

Full responsibility from migration planning to daily operations, whether you want us on AWS, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean or your existing servers.

01

Migration Assessment

We map every server, database and dependency, check licence portability, flag what will break, and hand you a cutover plan with the downtime written down.

02

Managed VPS and Containers

Ubuntu servers hardened, patched and monitored, with Docker or Kubernetes for containers, auto-scaling groups for peak hours, and CDN caching to cut origin load.

03

Managed Databases

MySQL and PostgreSQL with replication, tuned queries and slow-log review. Point-in-time recovery turns a bad deploy into a rollback instead of an overnight rebuild.

04

Backup and Disaster Recovery

Daily snapshots stored off the server, retention set to your policy, and scheduled restore drills so recovery time is proven rather than assumed.

05

Monitoring and Response

Uptime, CPU, memory, disk and SSL expiry alerts routed to an on-call engineer. We investigate the alert and tell you the cause in plain language.

06

Security Hardening

Host firewalls, SSH key-only access, unattended security upgrades, Cloudflare in front of origin, and DDoS protection sized to your real traffic profile.

Why businesses choose this

Why infrastructure teams stay with us

01

Backups proven by restore

Recovery time and recovery point targets are written into your plan, and we run a real restore on a schedule. A backup nobody has restored is a guess, not a safety net.

02

Cutover with a rollback plan

We migrate inside an agreed window with DNS TTL lowered in advance, database sync verified, and the old environment kept warm until you confirm traffic is clean.

03

Alerts reach a person

Monitoring is configured per service and per threshold rather than left on a generic dashboard. When CPU climbs at 2am in Muscat, a named engineer is paged, not an inbox.

04

Costs you can audit

We show which resources you pay for and never touch, then rightsize, stop idle instances and add commitments where the maths is clear. Savings stay in your budget.

05

One owner for the whole stack

Linux, database, network and DNS sit with the same team, so an expired certificate at 11pm does not bounce between three vendors in three time zones.

Who we do this for

Who runs on our infrastructure

Retail and E-commerce

Absorbs Ramadan and Muscat Shopping Festival traffic on auto-scaling groups instead of buying year-round capacity for two busy weeks.

Healthcare and Clinics

Keeps patient booking systems on encrypted Oman-region hosting with verified nightly restores and access logs that survive an audit.

Logistics and Warehousing

Tracks fleet, delivery and warehouse systems that must stay reachable for drivers working in areas with patchy mobile coverage.

Hospitality and Tourism

Runs booking engines through high season while holding response times for guests on hotel wifi and mobile networks.

Banking and Fintech

Hosts regulated data with encryption in transit and at rest, a segregated staging environment, and documented recovery targets.

Real Estate and Construction

Serves property portals and CRM tools to agents on site where connectivity drops, backed by CDN caching at the edge.

How we deliver

How a migration runs

A fixed sequence with written checkpoints, so you always know what is happening to your servers and what happens if something fails.

  1. 01

    Audit current infrastructure

We inventory servers, databases, domains and traffic patterns, then read the logs. You receive a written report of risks, costs and what a move would actually involve.

  2. 02

    Architecture and cost plan

We size the target environment, choose the region closest to your real users, and show a monthly cost estimate before anything is built. Sign-off first, build second.

  3. 03

    Build in staging

The new environment is provisioned to match production, then the application is exercised against a copy of real data until behaviour lines up with what users see today.

  4. 04

    Cutover and monitor

We lower DNS TTL, run the final sync, switch traffic in the booked window, and watch error rates and latency while the previous server stays reachable for rollback.

  5. 05

    Optimise and support

Cost, performance and security are reviewed every month. Patches get applied, capacity moves ahead of busy periods, and you receive a short written report each cycle.

Questions

Cloud questions we get asked

01 Will our site go offline during the migration?

For a typical Laravel or WordPress site we plan a cutover window under fifteen minutes and often achieve zero downtime. The domain keeps pointing at the old server until the final data sync finishes, then DNS changes. We keep the previous server live for at least a week, so a rollback takes minutes rather than hours.

02 Who owns the domains and cloud accounts?

You do. Accounts are created under your company email and your billing details from day one, and we work through shared access rather than holding credentials ourselves. If you ever change provider, the servers, files and databases are portable and documented, so you are not tied to us.

03 How long are backups kept, and are they tested?

Daily backups run to storage separate from the server, with weekly and monthly retention tiers. A backup only counts once it has been restored. We run scheduled test restores into an isolated environment, confirm the data is intact and usable, and share those results with you.

04 What happens if the server goes down at 3am?

Monitoring alerts go to an on-call engineer rather than a shared mailbox nobody watches. We triage first, covering disk pressure, memory exhaustion, traffic spikes and expired certificates, then act. You get a short message with the cause, what we changed, and whether any data was affected.

05 Can you reduce our cloud bill?

Often, yes. We review the invoice line by line and look for idle instances, oversized disks, unattached volumes and forgotten staging environments, then right-size them. We also check whether reserved pricing or a different instance family fits your usage better. You see the before and after figures every month.

06 Do you work alongside our existing developer?

Yes. Plenty of clients have an internal developer or another agency and want infrastructure handled only. We work inside your existing repositories and cloud accounts, document every change, and keep your team able to deploy. If you later want infrastructure back in-house, the handover is clean and documented.
